After 28 years of dedicated service, Chief Executive Officer Patrick Cockrum will retire from Sycamore Services, Inc. on July 3rd, 2024. When asked about the transition, Mr. Cockrum noted, “As I have said many times, we have an unbeatable combination of compelling mission and dedicated staff committed to the implementation of that mission. I had the honor of leading this agency for many years and as I step aside, I can think of no one more qualified than Yolanda to lead this agency into the future. I am confident in her leadership, experience, and, most of all, her passion to support those we serve to reach their fullest potential.” The organization, which provides residential, day, behavioral, ABA, transportation, and a number of other services to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities in more than 30 Indiana counties, extends its heartfelt appreciation for his leadership and contributions throughout the years.

Yolanda Kincaid will assume the role of CEO of Sycamore Services, Inc. on May, 28th 2024 and has over 20 years of experience serving people and families with intellectual and developmental differences. She currently serves on the Indiana Association of Rehabilitation Facilities (INARF) board of directors/executive committee, the Human Services Advisory Board at Ivy Tech/Hamilton County, the Hamilton County Transportation Advisory Committee, and The Noblesville Advisory Council on Disability, as well as several committees and workgroups leading positive change on a local, state, and national level. Yolanda received her bachelor’s degree from Indiana State University and her MBA from the University of Notre Dame. A lifetime Hoosier, Yolanda is originally from northern Indiana, and has found her home in central Indiana for over 12 years where she is raising her son. In her personal time, she is a leader with the local Boy Scouts of America Cub Scout pack and volunteers with the children’s ministry at her church. In a statement regarding her new role, Kincaid commented, “I am looking forward to serving the people and families of Sycamore Services and to continue to build on this great organization’s mission and vision to continually improve our services for the communities and individuals we serve.”
