Our Clinical Director and team will help you navigate the initial process.  This includes confirming documentation and insurance coverage. You will then schedule the initial assessment for your child.

You will be sent an additional clinical information form to complete before your scheduled assessment to provide the BCBA will important and critical information about your family and child.

Our Certified BCBAs will conduct a comprehensive assessment of your child and begin building a relationship with them. This process will consist of 2 parts: an interview of parents and caregivers, and an in-person evaluation with your child to determine their present skills and areas of deficit.

Once the BCBA understands the needs of your child, they will determine what amount of therapy is clinically appropriate. The BCBA will create a customized therapy program and treatment goals tailored to your child’s age and needs.

This plan of care and hour recommendation will be submitted to your insurance provider for authorization.

Once we have received approval from your insurance company, the Clinical Director will contact you to schedule a starts date of services and an appropriate schedule. Your child will then begin their ABA therapy plan.
